BCS On-site Training
For our new customers, BCS offers and recommends a half day Implementation Workshop for all key team members.
You’ll receive full on-site training, focusing on all aspects of the software and how it addresses the different functions and roles in the certification and business processes.
Additional Training Sessions
Customised training sessions can be provided for specific and more detailed knowledge of the BCS software functionality, such as customised documents, billing and Xero integration, fee proposals and quotes etc.
These sessions are tailored to address any specific functional aspect of the BCS software that you may require.
Our Implementation Webinar offers an easy online induction to the BCS system.
Attendees will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get help navigating the system without the need for an on-site consultant.
Customised webinars are designed to offer more detailed knowledge of the BCS system. We can focus on any part of the system so that it best fulfils your business needs.
For example, these interactive courses can cover all features of the Document Management System, including templates, data merging, document production, Dropbox storage and more.
Customised Document Templating
BCS has a default set of compliant document templates for each state which are available for you to use right away. However, we do understand that every company runs its business differently.
Therefore we have an advanced document management system which allows you to prepare and input your own company specific document templates into BCS.
We can help you implement these document templates should you require. BCS staff will work with you to review them ensuring an efficient use of time during the template creation and testing process.

Clients without a custom, agreed Software Support and Maintenance Agreement (SSMA) have the following support features included under their SaaS fees:
- corrective support of the BCS product - time spent investigating and repairing software that is not functioning to specification,
- code compatibility support - work to upgrade BCS product code to comply with changes to underlying software and hardware components (new versions),
- cloud product enhancements - the provision of additional modules/features/functionality and/or enhancements to the product provided at the absolute discretion of BCS,
- ability to raise support tickets using eMail, product link and Zendesk portal mechanisms,
- access to the Zendesk support portal
Additional charge support fees may apply for advisory support (How do I do this?) tickets and telephone support. The terms and charges related to additional support services are specified in your service proposal which will usually include a support charge grace period as part of the implementation process.
